“The Beauty Show” Rejuvenates Sundance Film Festival Celebrities with the Latest Spa Treatments and Products Hollywood, CA & Park City, UT – The Beauty Show (featuring the latest in TV programming for all things beautiful) created t the best attended location for weary Sundance press and celebrities with the spa pavilion, a soothing oases located inside the Premiere Magazine Lounge. Some familiar faces seen relaxing in the pavilion included Pierce Brosnin, Snoop Dog, Minnie Driver, Crispin Glover, David Swimmer, Jenny McCarthy, Pamela Sue Anderson and others. SpaMedica Director, Dr. Stephen Mulholland and his staff provided the latest in complimentary facials; Sybaritic provided a spa pod which gave a massage, heat and aromatherapy all at the same time while the Energy Enhancement System provided by Dr. Sandra Rose Michael created a Scalar Wave Energy Field for Sundancers to rejuvenate from a cellular level. The Beauty Show’s resident masseur, Paul Honsvick provided trigger point therapy taking away tension and stress and completely changing the person’s outlook on the rest of the day while hundreds of other attendees sitting within the Premiere Movie lounge read the latest issue of Healing Lifestyles and Spas magazine.
For après-Sundance spaification, The Beauty Show gave away spa gift bags packed with goodies from Kerstin Florian, Teecino herbal coffee, Teaology, Aroma Naturals Candles, Moor Spa, CreativeSpa, Frownies and DDF. Red Mountain Spa provided each well-known celebrity with a full three night four day stay. Leonardo De Caprio was happy to receive this gift and is looking forward to the Red Mountain experience.
September 2005 The Beauty Show Invited to W Magazine’s Celebrity Yard Sale For A Good Cause The Beauty Show was on hand shooting video as W Magazine hosted its second annual W Hollywood Yard Sale where celebrities came out in full force to raise donations for Clothes Off Our Back. Clothes Off Our Back is THE organization where celebrities donate their designer attire to benefit charities such as Children’s Defense Fund, Smile Train and Cure Autism Now. The event was hosted at a private home in Brentwood with sponsors such as Guess, Pevonia, Fred Segal and other who hosted booths selling items from their personal and professional lives—all at reduced prices for Clothes Off Our Back. Items included celebrities clothing worn in the latest movies, to accessories and memorabilia studded with star-power appeal. Some of the items for sale included items from NBC’s Daytime hits, vintage fashion pieces from Resurrection, clothing and accessories from GUESS, hip pet items from Fifi & Romeo, Inc., vintage eyewear from Pierce Bronson’s own collection and many more. Fred Segal Beauty offered make-up applications, Kid’s Corner provided face painting and caricature sketches while people shopped and played and listened to music by Samantha Ronson and DJ AM. Attendees on the list included Nicky Hilton (fashion designer), Amanda Bynes (What I Like About You), Jane Kaczmarek (Malcolm in the Middle), Bradley Whitford (the West Wing) and Lisa Rinna (Soap Talk), amongst a long list of contemporaries.
